Max Kanarsky

Chairman of the Board

Max Kanarsky is the Founder and CEO of Multi Radiance Medical, a Global leader in Therapeutic Laser Technology. He is a well-known entrepreneur and philanthropist who has built a number of Global businesses. Multi Radiance Medical is the majority shareholder of PhotoOpTx and has funded a 5 five year effort seeking and collaborating with the World’s authorities on PhotoBioModulation in Ophthalmology.

Tom Kelly

Cheif Executive Officer

Tom Kelly is a 20 year veteran of the Ophthalmology market, having worked in roles with progressive responsibility for Alcon, Allergan, and leading to President, North America of CIBA Vision. Serving in both public companies and privately held equity investments, he is an experienced Lead Executive with a demonstrated history of growing companies in the medical device industry. Tom is currently the Global President of Multi Radiance Medical.

Douglas Johnson, ATC, EES, CLS

Chief Science Officer

Douglas Johnson has over 25 years in the clinical practice and serves as the Senior Vice President, Clinical and Scientific Affairs at Multi Radiance Medical.

He is involved in numerous research studies involving PBM that focus on human performance enhancement and rehabilitation. Recently he was named as a clinical advisor to Laser Therapy U and serves as a member of the NAALT Board of Directors. He is currently an organizer and board member for the International Photobiomodulation Association's 2019 Summit meeting.

Jeff Lenk

Chief Technology Officer

Jeffrey A. Lenk is a founding partner and President of Professional Testing (EMI) Inc. PTI has been an accredited testing laboratory since 1987 and specializes in providing EMC, Electrical Product Safety, Reliability and Explosive Atmospheres testing and certification services. Located in the innovative technology area of Austin and Central Texas, PTI helps hundreds of clients bring their products to market each year in a wide variety of industries including military, aerospace, medical, wireless, information technology, consumer products and industrial machinery. PANOPTiK Compliance Solutions, Inc., a PTI company, is a strategic technical partner and minority owner in PhotoOpTx.

Specializing in entrepreneurial environments Joe’s leadership and guidance resulted in over 300% growth in top line revenue for a privately held company in Cleveland, Ohio. He is driven by the philosophy that success doesn’t come by accident; it comes as the result of intentional strategic planning that aligns goals with vital measures to meet those goals.
